Boston College @ UNC Sat, Mar 1 2008
Domaracki ran for 49.5 in both 400m & DMR, missing finals by .34s in the 400m race.
good times, but everyone ran slow at UNC because of the flat track. No one hit their seed times, which were mostly in the 46-47 range.
still, a very promising performance by Mark!

Solid performances this past weekend by Guilderland Alumni at the New York State DIII championships 1st in the 800 and 3000 and 5th in the 1000 results will be posted at web.stlawu.edu/sports/nysctc/nysctcpage04.htm soon hopefully althouh they aren't up yet. The meet in general was pretty sick with St. Lawrence beating out Buffalo State by 0.5 points (St. Lawrence just barely hung on by coming in 5th in the 4X4 by 0.02 seconds).

There was a kid from Hamilton who split 4:03 for the 1600 this past weekend so maybe that's what you heard Hopefully someday you can make that same statement and I'll be able to confirm it. That 1st place by Seth in the 3k was out of the slow section..8:29. Not bad eh?

I was pretty stoked. It earned me a trip to ECACs:)
I was kicking myself when I saw the message board headline and realized I forgot Amanda though, Doh!
There were also some other section II alumni that did pretty well in the meet. Seems like a lot of us stay somewhat local. It's always nice to catch up with old faces.

And 8:29, not bad at all! Glad to hear it. Yeti, great job man.
