Some great performances for the girls team, particularly Ernestine Skipper!
I have to ask though...Why only two athletes competing on the boys side?

I was wondering the same thing? With no meets since the 17th I was hoping to see a few people pop some good ones....I'll look forward to Great Dane and Sectionals.

Good question. Results over the past couple of years seem to indicate that participation numbers are down for both indoor and outdoor track. That may not be correct, but that is what I infer from the results.
It has jumped out at me seeing Guilderland participate in so few relays. Not just the "stacked" relays, but just any participation at all.
It's kind of baffling with such great participation numbers in XC, and the size of the student body. Similarly sized schools Shaker and Colonie seem to have much bigger track rosters.
Congratulations to all those that have been training and competing. Best of luck in the coming weeks.

Coach Kosier did mention that they had a very small roster after losing a lot to graduation, and therefore, wasn't sure who was going to be racing in the last 3 meets. That was back around the New Year, so it looks like things haven't changed. Hopefully we can see some good performances from the girls and then some bigger numbers come outdoor season....
