Yeah, i saw a link about that on the letsrun message board last week. I e-mailed the meet director and i'm in! Should be a fun race, and this will be my first attempt at a sub-4 mile. I'm just getting into some wicked shape right now for some fast 800's i'll run in early June... so hopefully this pans out and i'll make some quick cash. Thanks for the heads up though! -Gered

Yeah after some hard training and alot of travel with the team for regionals i was a little beat so i skipped the meet to recover for a race the fallowing weekend. i ended up dropping out of that race when my calf started to sapz, bummer. but after two weeks of easy training and recovery i went out yesterday and ran a pr of 1:47.07. so you guys will see me back in action at us nats in two weeks. im hoping to run 1:46 low and make the final, my training has been on a whole other level this year. take care!
