Finally had a great race
Metro Champs at Van Cortlandt, 28:10. Although on Fordam's website they erased me from teh results, and moved everyone up one spot after 99th, the place i got. marist website has my offical time anyway.
Dan-o was there as well but I think he had a bad race since he ran around 28:40 or so.

5k indoors has to be one of my favoritest events ever...especially on a banked track...just love rollin' around those turns--good stuff! Say, Justin! You around this weekend? We could use a few more for Rockland Co.

5k indoors your favorite event!? That makes you slightly crazy! ;-)
I would imagine I will be doing a 4X8 and something else at those meets but probably won't be running against you two. None the less it will be great to see some Guilderland folks again!
The weather might be semi-decent on wednesday and Friday...anyone up for possibly playing some ultimate or something?

i didn't know chris was at oneonta! isn't allie dimura there too? i think i saw her name in some results... anyway, my next meet is at Genesee Valley Park (U of R) for States on October 24th. The next weekend (October 31st) I'll be at Saratoga State Park!
It was nice to see some familiar faces at the Paul Short meet down at Lehigh-
I want to know how everyone is doing!!
Hope all is well! Take care
