Outdoor has begun.
So whats everyone's goals for this year?
I'd like to go around 5 20 for the mile, and maybe a 2 20 would be nice for the 800. Possibly a 11:30 or so 3200 would be dandy too. I think I could hit those, IF i dont get hurt.

Ha Ha I sure hope you don't get injured either Personally I am looking for low 5's in the mile and maybey go under 2:20 in the 800 we will see
