actually the team was 7th at schenectady.
and people who deserve recognition are chris cure who ran 4:44 in the mile which was a 3 second PR i think? and cory leggerio who ran a pr in the open 800 of 2:04.

just keeping the update on gates, who ran a 51.7 at johnstown this past saturday
also the 4x8 set a season pr of 8:20 roland ran 1:59, i dont remember the other splits
ethan doak is running 11.1-11.2's consistently in the 100, hopefully he'll take away usher's bragging rights very soon...

Distance guys also ran at the Eddy meet on saturday even though the front page doesn't say anything about it
4x8 placed third at 8:08

Roland Graves ran 4:24.X and placed 4th in the mile

It was a seasonal best by the team and PR's for all of them individually as well.

suburban councils were today:
4x8 (king,cure,vissat,leggerio) ran 8:22 I htink its their third best time for the season.
Mike Edmonds won the pentathalon.
Mike Heiserman placed 2nd in the 200
Ian Tapler broke 60 for the first time in the 400 hurdles (59.4)
i won the 3200
oh and nate katrayan just missed going under 5 in the mile running 5:00.14 I think?? Huis and I had him under 5 but I guess it wasn't "official" that was a 12 second pr for him so still a great run.
